OCEANA COUNTY, MI – Missionary Ray Noecker was so grateful all of his family was finally free after being kidnapped in Haiti that he said he began yodeling during their reunion.
Noecker’s wife and five kids were among a group of missionaries that recently found freedom from the 400 Mawozo gang in Haiti. On Oct. 16, the family from Hart were among 17 missionaries kidnapped while visiting an orphanage in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.
