All proceeds from St. Paul’s ABC (attic, boat and closet) Yard Sale will be donated to the South Florida Haiti Project, which benefits education programs on that island.
St. Paul’s will hold its ABC (attic, boat and closet) Yard Sale from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 26, at the Episcopal Church, located at 401 Duval St. Sale items include Haitian art, boating supplies, accessories, jewelry, lamps, linens, kitchen and dining wares, small furniture, along with numerous other items.
All proceeds will be donated to the South Florida Haiti Project. Since 2003, the SFHP has been providing development assistance to Bondeau, a small community of approximately 2,500 in rural Southwest Haiti. The nonprofit organization focuses on improving the quality of teaching, strengthening community and school nursing programs, and providing infrastructure for potable water.
The yard sale will coincide with a visit to St. Paul’s by The Rev. Sam Owen, longtime supporter of the SFHP and founder of the New York Haiti Project. For information, visit https://www.stpaulskeywest.org and http://www.facebook.com/stpaulskeywest.
