Proposal Summary:
The purpose of this anticipated program is to build the capacity of Haitian citizens and institutions to reduce gang violence through a three-pronged approach that connects the police, communities, and social services in targeted neighborhoods. The goal is to see measurable improvement in the safety and security of Haitians in the targeted communities.
Position Summary:
The Team Lead will be responsible for providing tailored services such as basic medical care, psychosocial support, family counseling, legal aid, and shelter to at-risk youth and victims of violence.
