A wide range of human rights organizations and activists throughout the San Francisco Bay Area will join the Haiti Action Committee, Students for Haiti Solidarity, and Justice Vanguard for a protest on Saturday, February 26th, at 1 PM in front of the SF Federal Building (at the SF Federal Building 90 7th St. (Corner of Mission and 7th Streets) followed by a march through downtown SF.

Protesters will be demanding the immediate end to the Biden Administraiton’s deportations of Haitian refugees, an end to the Administration’s support for the US/UN-installed PHTK dictatorship in Haiti, and an end to the US/ UN occupation of Haiti.
Protesters have picked February 26th to coordinate the protest in SF with those that will be occurring throughout Haiti, marking the anniversary of the US-backed coup on February 29th, 2004 that kidnapped and overthrew Haiti’s democratically elected president Jean-Bertrand Aristide. Ever since that coup, Haitians have been living under a US/ UN occupation that has installed a series of puppet regimes inflicting terror and misery on the people while facilitating the looting of Haiti’s resources by Haitian oligarchs and foreign investors.
